As a Tech Lead and Cloud Engineering Manager at Digicloud, I design and manage cloud-native services and lead cross-functional teams to build scalable and reliable infrastructure for high-traffic platforms like Digikala. My key achievements include launching major services such as Application Engine and next-generation IaaS/DBaaS, managing and improving the OPM team to deliver MAAS, migrating all Digikala ventures to new cloud infrastructure with zero downtime, ensuring flawless performance during Black Friday peaks, automating operations to reduce manual work, supporting critical traffic events, consulting subsidiaries on DevOps, and helping establish Digikala Cloud as a highly available and scalable platform. My leadership blends hands-on technical work with automation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

As the DevOps Manager at Telewebion, I led the SRE and CDN teams, managing daily operations and long-term strategy. I improved system reliability through root-cause analysis, built automation tools and CI/CD pipelines, optimized clusters for storage, transcoding, CDN, logging, and monitoring, and enhanced storage performance via architectural changes. I restructured team workflows, automated CDN node deployment, redesigned CDN communication paths, and developed a high-performance infrastructure capable of handling up to 3.5 TiB/s traffic. My contributions strengthened Telewebion’s stability, scalability, and culture of continuous improvement.

At Mofid, I worked as the DevOps Lead for the AI team and later as an SRE engineer. I built the DevOps architecture from the ground up, including a full monitoring stack, automated deployment workflows, and custom Helm charts. I also advised on infrastructure projects redesign and high-load system optimization. After joining the SRE team, I focused on scaling the monitoring platform, developing internal tools like k8s, improving reliability and disaster-recovery strategies, handling major incidents, and supporting other teams in troubleshooting and infrastructure optimization.

I contributed to the IaaS team in designing and deploying infrastructure across multiple datacenters, supporting efforts such as second-generation platform architecture, GPU-enabled infrastructure, and custom monitoring systems. I helped improve platform performance by reducing instance boot times, enhancing observability, and creating an internal status page. I also developed features for internal orchestration and provisioning tools, participated in the technical response during the major 2020 datacenter outage, supported procurement and hardware processes, and contributed to network services including VoIP setup, communication tunnels, and OOB network design.
